Hi Brendan, thanks for the question. It's something that I have been sitting with and thinking about - if there truly is a difference - the way I came to see it is that eudaemonia is about doing the right thing - no matter the trouble. Hedonistic eudaemonia in contrast is about falling in love and actually enjoying the process of doing what's right. Not because the end result feels good, but because the process does.
